Men at Work
2025
Men in our society are suffering, and it has a major negative impact on everyone.
This erosion of purpose, belonging, and contribution undermines families, workplaces, and communities.
Only 31% of Americans belong to a local organization, down from 47% in 1999
Men die by suicide 4× more often than women
Loneliness is at record highs; lack of social connection harms health as much as smoking 15 cigarettes a day
The solution? Healthy masculine leadership
manpower combines Men’s Work (emotional connection and accountability) with Service Work (hands-on community projects). Each local chapter gathers men monthly to plan and execute service projects, strengthening purpose and brotherhood through action.
